Tom Thumb is the musical project of Andy Arch, who records deconstructed pop songs and scaffolded folk music. On record he weaves layers of various instruments into dense, atmospheric music, but live the songs are stripped to a guitar or banjo and a haunting, heart-warm voice. We Never Die was recorded over a winter in an empty beach house on Cape Cod. He has shared the stage with Jens Lekman, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Dr. Dog, Deer Tick, the Dodos, and many more, and toured the country extensively. Songs from the Taxidermist appeared in a number of films and in the Sharp End on the National Geographic International cable channel.
